BAT Seals

High Security Container Bolt Sea

The BAT Seal is a specially designed container bolt seal made of hardened steel.

The long angled shape with a thickness of 9 mm and the special bolt head design give the BAT seal extra security features for high security transport applications.

Typical applications include containers, lorries, rail wagons, and air cargo.

Cable Lock

The Cable Locks are very user-friendly and highly tamper evident. They are available with different cable diameters to secure various applications with different security requirements.

The seals are secured as soon as the wire has passed through the one-way locking mechanism. To maximize security and to prevent tampering, the wire must be adjusted to fit tightly to the application.

Cable Locks are widely used on trucks, tanker trucks, air cargo containers, shipping containers, rail cars, calibrators and valves.

iKlic

The iKlic is a high quality bolt container seal. It is specifically designed to be applied on long haul containers but it is also winning a strong foothold in the ground transport industry.

The iKlic can easily be applied by hand but must be removed with a high strength bolt cutter at destination.

Typical applications of the iKlic Seal include containers in general and shipping and intermodal containers in particular. The iKlic is also widely used for ground transportation.

Klicker

Unlike the majority of bolt seals, the Klicker bush is made of an all metal high-strength steel construction. The clip - the actual locking mechanism - is embedded in a groove in the all metal bush, making the seals stronger and more difficult to tamper.

Typical applications of the Klicker seal include shipping and intermodal containers. The Klicker is also widely used for ground transportation.

Mega Cable Lock

The Mega Cable Lock has been designed to provide additional security for valuable goods in transport.

The Mega Cable Lock is mainly used for shipping containers and trucks but the flexible design makes it suitable for most applications that would otherwise require two strong seals to be secured.

The seal provides the security of 2 cable barrier seals in one. One Mega Cable Lock seals the latch AND the bars on containers and trucks. Unlike normal cable seals, the Mega Cable Lock must be cut twice to be removed.

With the Mega Cable Lock in its proper place, the doors of a container or truck cannot be opened without cutting both parts of the Mega Cable Lock or removing both doors at the same time.

The Mega Lock provides the proven security features and strength of the Cable Lock seal (MCL250) and the Klicker bolt seal. Both these seals are used individually worldwide to protect high valuable goods during transport in containers and trucks.

The Mega Lock boasts a combination of solid materials: rust proof aluminium body, a strong steel cable combined with a mild steel bolt and barrel moulded with high impact ABS. The synergy between the strong materials and an innovative tamper evident design makes the Mega Lock uniquely secure.
