Mag Ng obtained her General Certificate of Education in 1978 and has accumulated more than 28 years of professional experience, dedicating over 17 years to the security seals industry. Her journey with Mega Fortris began in July 2007 when she joined the company as an administration manager. Her expertise and dedication were recognized when she was promoted to corporate affairs manager in June 2011, a position that was later re-designated to corporate affairs director in January 2017.
In January 2024, she took on the role of Compliance Director, a position in which she is primarily tasked with ensuring the Group’s adherence to the relevant guidelines and regulations governing its operations. She is responsible for maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies and overseeing risk management strategies. Her role is crucial in safeguarding the company’s compliance framework, ensuring that Mega Fortris operates within legal and ethical standards while managing potential risks efficiently.
Jason Francis White completed a Diploma of Advanced Project Management from Damelin (Pty) Ltd in August 2004 and later earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics from the University of South Africa in November 2019. Bringing over 24 years of work experience in production and operations, he has held various positions across numerous companies, including Rhombic Engineering, Ulrich Engineering (Pty) Ltd, Solar Harvest (Pty) Ltd, and Misa Projects, showcasing his expertise and versatility in the field.
In September 2020, he joined Mega Fortris as the director of production. His leadership and operational skills were quickly recognized, leading to his promotion to Group Chief Operating Officer in July 2023. In this role, he is tasked with overseeing the company’s manufacturing activities, which encompasses the production of goods, the implementation of new technologies, and ensuring the quality assurance of products and services. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in improving service delivery, managing warehouse activities, and overseeing capital expenditure budgeting, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency and success of Mega Fortris.
Colleen Sim obtained her London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Higher Group Diploma in Accounting in July 1993 and completed her professional qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in February 1999. Since June 1999, she has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and she joined the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in July 2000, becoming a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in July 2004.
With over 27 years of experience in accounting, finance, and external audit, she has held various positions across numerous companies, showcasing her expertise in these fields. In September 2002, she began her career at Mega Fortris as an accountant, demonstrating her capability and dedication to the company. Her skills and leadership were recognized through her promotions, first to group accountant in May 2012 and then to chief finance officer in January 2022. In January 2023, she was re-designated as the Group Chief Finance Officer, a role in which she is primarily responsible for managing the Group’s accounting, financial, and treasury functions. This includes overseeing financial planning and review, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, contributing significantly to the strategic financial health and governance of Mega Fortris.
